12th Annual RLCC Conference: "Innovate to Engage: The Future of Customers Journeys"
This year´s conference will look at the evolution of how customers engage and interact with companies in the Luxury, Retail and Consumer Goods industries. It will look at emerging trends and challenges that companies in these sectors are facing in terms of gaining engagement and providing personalized shopping experiences in the ongoing digital transformation, where immersive in-store experiences can also captivate consumers. It will analyze the concept of omnichannel retailing, where customers can shop, interact, and transact with a brand across various touchpoints, conceiving the buying cycle as an iterative process of exploration and evaluation.
