Pippa has worked at many of the Investments Banks who have a global footprint and is now at London Stock Exchange Group [LSEG}.    She is an out queer woman, a decision taken early in her career as she wanted to transfer to Hong Kong, taking her partner.  No access to equal marriage or civil partnerships made the transfer interesting.  She recognises gender balance, equal pay in the financial industry could be better, and her views on the importance of work in this space are collaborative as well as practical.  Her work encourages women to recognise and celebrate their gender as critical to an organisation’s future and security.  Pippa founded LBTQWomen in 2018 to encourage queer women to be confidently out, has presented LBTQWomen and its findings to the Houses of Parliament, East and West Coast of the States and believe there is still a lot of work to be done in building equality for all.  She has appeared on the OUTStanding Executive Role Models List for 4 consecutive years from 2018-2021
