Originally from Venezuela, Mariana has lived in the UK for 15 years. Known as a catalyst for culture change across all the teams she’s been in, with outstanding communication and collaboration skills in three languages and ability to influence senior leadership to promote a more inclusive workplace. She feels most alive when in a room of incredible people from marginalised communities helping them see their full potential, which she’s done with over 30 organisations and more than 700 people via #IamRemarkable workshops. She is currently working as a Data & Measurement Lead in the financial sector at Google and leading the Youth pilot program for #IamRemarkable. Understanding human behaviour and why people behave the way they do is at the core of her thirteen years of experience in digital marketing. Outside of work, Mariana is a mother to three daughters. The first, Olivia, passed away and Mariana works to keep her memory alive through her work with/support of SANDS, and community with other bereaved mothers/parents including sharing her story at marianasaraceni.com
