Ludovico Giannotti is a senior associate in the London office of a leading US law firm, specialising in large-cap cross-border acquisition financings and related Leveraged Finance and Capital Markets transactions. With respect to Women’s Rights advocacy, Ludovico believes in an intersectional approach. In the workplace, Ludovico is part of his firm’s Diversity and CSR committee and originated its partnership with Advance (one of the UK’s leading domestic abuse charities) and the International Rescue Committee  (the world’s largest humanitarian aid, relief, and development NGO). The extensive collaboration with the IRC received the “British Legal Awards 2022: Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year (Highly Commended)” in light of its front-line assistance to female refugees fleeing Afghanistan and Ukraine. Ludovico also received the Pro Bono Innovator of the Year Award for his work in fighting IPV committed by abusive men against women. Besides this, Ludovico is also extensively involved in mentorship initiatives helping an average of 20+ mentees each year, with a focus on supporting women and BAME students to break into corporate roles in the City.
