Dr Amlan Roy, Senior Managing Director, Chief Global Retirement Strategist at State Street Global Advisors is a Macro-Finance researcher specialising in Global Demographics and Pensions research. Prior to his current role he was at Credit Suisse as a Managing Director and Head of Global Demographics & Pensions Research. He is a Research Associate of LSE Systemic Risk Centre and Guest Professor at LBS. He has three decades of experience across academic, policy advisory and financial markets. He has a PhD (Financial Economics) from Univ. of Iowa, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a BA (Honours) in Economics from St Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. He was also a Govt of India National Scholar.
