Kelly Wilson is a social impact leader with expertise driving global ESG strategy through nonprofit programs, CSR brand development and employee engagement. Passionate about connecting the dots between corporate strategy and charitable giving, Kelly is experienced at aligning leaders around large-scale initiatives that positively impact business, industry and community.

Most recently as the Director of Social Impact at Warner Bros. Discovery, she oversaw social impact initiatives for HBO, HBO Max, Cartoon Network, and Warner Bros., and strategically aligned the Company’s brands, content, and resources with meaningful social issues and nonprofits. Kelly’s contributions to driving the Company's core values evolved during her 10+ year tenure, where she ultimately oversaw cause marketing campaigns, equity and inclusion initiatives, environmental sustainability programs, volunteering, and the Company’s education portfolio.

Her passion for giving and the protection of children's rights led her to the nonprofit UNICEF, where she serves as the youngest-ever member of the National Board of Directors. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, she graduated magna cum laude from the Annenberg School of Journalism at the Univ. of Southern California. She is currently completing her Executive MBA at London Business School.
