Mauricio works as Investment Manager for Kampani, a social impact investment fund working to unlock the potential of entrepreneurial farming in the South. He is also a Board Member at Najil Cab in Mexico (Honey SMEs) and at FECCEG in Guatemala (Coffee Cooperative). Before he worked as Senior Portfolio Manager at Alena (Asset and Wealth) in Belgium managing a multi-asset investment vehicle. Other professional experiences include working as a Sustainable Financial Consultant for CAPCO in Belgium and as a Microfinance Consultant for Banco ProCredit in El Salvador. Mauricio holds a postgraduate masters degree in Finance from the London Business School and a double bachelor’s degree in International Business from NEOMA BS in France and the Universidad de las Americas Puebla in Mexico.
