Constance Kratsa is currently based in London and is the Head of Aesop EMEA for Marketing Strategy & Execution. She’s a business Lawyer by training and Marketer by profession and she has over a decade of international professional experience. Born and raised in Athens, Constance has lived in five countries across three continents for university studies and work. She studied Law with Economics (BA, LLM) at University of London, QMUL & UCL and Business (MBA) at University of Oxford, Said Business School. She has had managerial roles at multinational corporations internationally in Marketing and Business: L’Oreal in Paris & Athens, IFF in Dubai, Estée Lauder in London & New York. As Constance believes in the importance of exchange of ideas, she has been involved with different initiatives and projects in the past. During her time in Oxford was the curator of TEDxOxbridge, she founded Lean-In Oxford and she was an active member of Global Shapers, a World Economic Forum community. She was selected as one of the 100 global ‘MBAs To Watch' by Poets&Quants and one of the ‘Best and Brightest MBAs of 2017’ by University of Oxford, Said Business School. During her time at the Estée Lauder Companies, Constance chaired the ERG of the Women’s Leadership Network for the Estée Lauder Companies in the UK, where she launched a world-wide-first Female Mentoring Programme for the ELC business across the UK, working along the office of the President of the UK business and the Vice-Chairman at the Global HQ offices. Constance in her free time consults and mentors startups at the University of Oxford and QMUL. She has also been a Guest Speaker in Marketing & Management at Universities in the past decade in universities in the UK, the EU and the Middle East.
