Alexandra is Culture & Talent Director at Fortnum & Mason and has oversight of HR, Employee Communications & Engagement and until very recently Sustainability and Food Technical at the company, and is a member of the Executive Team. A people, culture and communications leader, she has worked for British, American and Asian financial institutions, including Barclays, JP Morgan and Standard Chartered, and niche luxury heritage brands such as Christie’s, the auction house in regional and global capacities. Passionate about building happy, inclusive teams and understanding what makes people thrive, she started her career in digital publishing before moving into Asian equity sales, and has a first class degree in Psychology from Durham University.
