Sonia Dasgupta is the Chief Executive Officer of JM Financial Asset Management Limited, where she leads the firm’s strategy, operations, and growth across its asset management business. She has over two decades of experience in India’s financial services and investment management industry.

Prior to joining JM Financial, Dasgupta held senior leadership roles across leading financial institutions, working across investment management, product development, and distribution. Her work has focused on expanding access to investment products and strengthening the mutual fund ecosystem in India.
