Lakshmi Iyer is the Group President – Investments and CEO of Bajaj Alts at Bajaj Finserv, where she leads the group’s investment strategy and oversees the development of its alternatives business. She brings over 27 years of experience in financial services and investment management.

Prior to joining Bajaj Finserv, Lakshmi served as CEO – Investments & Strategy at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Ltd., where she led investment advisory, strategy, and product solutions across equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative assets for institutional and high-net-worth investors. She also previously served as CIO – Fixed Income and Head – Products at Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company.

Lakshmi holds an MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and has been recognised on several industry lists, including Business Today’s Most Powerful Women in Business and Forbes India’s W-Power List.
