Nicole is an MBA candidate at London Business School, concentrating in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. She serves on the Executive Committees of the Social Impact Club, the Private Equity & Venture Capital Club, and the Women’s Touch Rugby Club.

Prior to her MBA, Nicole spent five years at XA Investments, a boutique alternative asset management firm in Chicago. She primarily focused on investment fund structuring across a broad range of investment strategies, leading fund launches, developing investment products, and publishing thought leadership on alternative investments.

Alongside her professional experience, Nicole has been actively engaged in social impact initiatives, including serving as an Associate Board Member at Youth Guidance and a Board Member at Rivendell Theatre Ensemble. She holds a BBA in Finance and a second major in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Notre Dame.
