Deborah specialises in organisational development and sustainability and is the founder of Chameleon Works, established in 2006. She works with teams and organisations seeking to align profit with strong leadership and environmental responsibility. Deborah is also an Associate Programme Director, Lead Mentor and Coach at London Business School.

She holds an MSc in Organisational Development and a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership (2024), where she researched how organisational values shape ESG focus. Over the past 20 years, she has supported boards and senior leaders across multiple sectors in navigating cultural change, leadership development, and organisational transformation.

Deborah is also an executive coach, entrepreneur, and co-author of publications on management consulting and coaching culture.
