Prof. Shahar Ayal earned his PhD in social psychology with speciality in judgment and decision making from Tel Aviv University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Technion and then at the Fuqua School of Business in Duke University. Dr. Ayal's main research interests are heuristics and biases, behavioral ethicas and the effect of inter-group relations on decision making.
