With over a decade at Moving Ahead, Rebecca Davies has played a pivotal role in driving the overall success of client delivery and programme execution, while also shaping the organisation’s global strategy and future development. She has led the delivery of high-impact global mentoring and development programmes, supporting more than 42,000 participants across 77 countries and 30 sectors, including over a third of the UK FTSE 100. 

Rebecca Davies is passionate about creating meaningful impact through talent development and inclusive culture initiatives. She partners with leading organisations and global campaigns to design and deliver programmes that build capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster inclusive workplaces at scale. 

Before Moving Ahead, Rebecca Davies spent nine years at PwC, where she built the consultancy foundations she still draws on today. It’s where she learned to ask better questions, challenge constructively, and balance commercial realities with human ambition.
