Christina is the founder of Herizon, a coaching and training firm that focuses on emotional intelligence in the tech sector as well as achieving gender balanced teams in tech. She sits on the board of Young Enterprise, an organisation focused on giving young people the business and employability skills for the future of work.  
 
Christina has over a decade of experience leading global teams in tech at companies such as Deliveroo and Bolt, leading both global operations, social impact and gender equity strategy.
