Selina Suresh has over a decade of experience advising leading companies, including two of Europe’s largest banking groups, and collaborating with international organisations such as UN Women. Her work spans a wide range of initiatives, from leading transformative talent development strategies in the public sector to driving award-winning programs focused on social mobility and empowering marginalised communities.
Selina is passionate about the intersection of learning and organisational success. She specialises in leadership development, workplace wellbeing, and ensuring inclusive practices lead to measurable outcomes.
As an executive coach, Selina has coached clients across various sectors—finance, media, technology, and more—helping individuals navigate career transitions, resolve communication challenges, and integrate work-life balance. Her coaching style combines curiosity, clarity, and practicality, empowering clients to set goals aligned with their values and overcome obstacles.
Selina is committed to empowering young women through her work with Girl Up, a UN Foundation initiative. With an MA in Development Education and Global Learning from University College London and an Executive Coaching Certification from the University of California, Berkeley, Selina approaches her work with a creative mindset, always seeking innovative ways to bridge differences and inspire purposeful action.
Selina’s career has been shaped by rich, international experiences living in various countries, which have provided valuable insights into diverse cultures, global challenges, and the importance of social justice. She currently splits her time between Beirut and London.
