Kelly Kalaitzaki is an Executive Director at the MS Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures and one of the founding members of the EMEA Lab, Morgan Stanley’s in-house startup accelerator providing access to capital for early-stage technology and technology-enabled companies.

Kelly joined Morgan Stanley in 2012, as an Analyst in the Commodities division where she held various roles. In 2015, she moved to the office of the EMEA CEO joining the Corporate Strategy team, where she led several global strategic projects for the firm.

Kelly holds an MBA from London Business School. She has mentored various startups as part of the Hellenic community and university groups’ efforts worldwide to support entrepreneurs. She has also led diversity efforts serving as advisor of organisations / groups that support female professionals.
