Tracey Burley took the helm as CEO of St Giles in May 2023. With over 20 years of experience in the charity, not-for-profit, and public sectors, Tracey is a trailblazer in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion with a key focus on women and young girls. As the former COO of Stonewall, she has been a fierce advocate for challenging injustices and enhancing social mobility. 

Prior to her role at St Giles, Tracey served as interim CEO at Redthread and has held a range of non-executive director positions including for Careers England and the Career Development Institute. Her steadfast dedication to social change serves as an inspiration to those around her, highlighted by a personal story that exemplifies the power of social mobility.
