Ndabezinhle Masuku (“Nda”) is a strategic finance and operations professional with 25 years of experience driving organisational transformation across corporate, non-profit, and social enterprise landscapes. He is the Economic Policy Network Officer at the University of Oxford’s Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE), based at the Blavatnik School of Government. Masuku is also the founder of African Apex, a thought leadership platform exploring business expansion and strategic growth opportunities in African markets. Nda serves as a Trustee of Innovation for Africa and previously held CFO and governance roles within leading African organisations, overseeing financial strategy and operational transformation. A U.S. Department of State IVLP alumnus, he brings experience in fiduciary management, corporate trust, and emerging market insights.
