Tina Mavraki is a Chartered Portfolio Director, and a C-suite and a policy adviser on governance, people, and energy transition.  Her 27-year executive career spans global capital markets (Morgan Stanley, Citi), physical supply chains (Noble Group), and investment management in C-suite positions.  

Tina’s NED portfolio includes Metlen Energy & Metals, a global industry leader, and the private-equity-backed US firm First Bauxite She has extensive experience serving on Audit, Risk, Remuneration and Nominations committees.  

Her advisory work includes engagements with Starr Insurance, Piraeus Bank, the US$ 8.5 billion US debt fund White Oak, Neptune Maritime Leasing, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.   

On the policy front, Tina collaborates with financial regulators - including the UK Financial Conduct Authority, European Banking Authority, UK Transition Plan Taskforce - on energy transition governance, executive remuneration, financial materiality, and corporate culture. Her work has been published extensively with the UK Institute of Directors and the Financial Times.  

In her executive career, Tina has advised European Debt Management Offices on asset-liability management, and the State of Maharashtra, India, on renewable energy policy and solar tariffs. 

Tina holds a BA and MA in Philosophy Policy & Economics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Finance from London Business School. She is a member of the European Confederation of Directors’ Associations Director Circles, a CFA charterholder, and an accredited corporate mediator with CEDR.
