Anand leads the global leadership programs business for Pine Street, the firm's leadership development group for partners and select managing directors. He also serves as an executive coach to senior leaders at the firm. In addition, he manages the Pine Street EMEA team. Anand is a member of the Asian Professionals Network Steering Committee in EMEA. Previously, Anand was head of Pine Street in Asia Pacific. He worked in London, Frankfurt and New York before moving to Tokyo in 2007, Hong Kong in 2010 and relocating back to London in 2016. Anand joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in London in 2005 and was named managing director in 2017.

Anand earned a masters degree in Banking and Finance from University of Applied Sciences in Vienna. He also earned an MSc (with merit) in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and holds diplomas from the Academy of Executive Coaching (Beijing) and New Ventures West.
