| Olga is a Project Leader in BCG's London office, working at the intersection of Energy and Social Impact, focusing on climate and energy transition. Since joining BCG, Olga has worked on a broad range of cases, including project management, strategy, operations, organisational design and M&A. Most recently, Olga has been leading the BCG team embedded with the UNFCCC High Level Climate Champions in preparation for and delivery of COP26, and in developing the strategy and planning for COP27. She has also been heavily involved in the expansion of BCG's climate and sustainability offering. Prior to joining BCG, Olga was a corporate lawyer specialising in M&A for the energy industry.
