She has expertise in responsible investment, green finance, financing the climate transition, sustainable urban development, greening the real estate sector and energy and climate change policies.

As Director Responsibility for Private Markets at Hermes Investment Management Tatiana is developing Hermes carbon risk strategy across asset classes and supporting the overlay of impact investing across private markets: real estate, infrastructure and private equity.

In parallel, since she joined in 2008, as Head of responsible Property investment she is in charge of the integration of ESG and impact in real estate investment and asset management practices.
