Adrienne Monley is Head of Investment Stewardship for Vanguard in Europe. Based in London, UK, she leads a team responsible for direct engagement with boards and executives, corporate governance research and thought leadership, and proxy voting at European portfolio companies on behalf of Vanguard’s global fund line-up. Prior roles included leadership on Vanguard’s US-based Investment Stewardship team and acting as chief of staff to Vanguard’s global General Counsel.

She began her career in human capital consulting before joining Vanguard in 2012. Adrienne earned a BA in English from the University of Rochester and holds an MBA from the Simmons School of Management.
