Isha is a founding partner at TLG Capital, an asset manager that invests in small-and-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) across sub-Saharan Africa with the belief that commercial and social returns can and should go hand in hand. The TLG team has closed over 40 deals and achieved 30+ exits to date. Isha graduated from Columbia University in 2004 with a degree in Mathematics-Economics and holds a Masters from the London School of Economics where she graduated with a Distinction. Isha started her career on the fund derivatives desk at Lehman Brothers in New York.
