After studying Law at the University of Nottingham, Lucy developed a passion for social entrepreneurship and sustainability. She has spent almost 8 years working in Accenture’s UKI Sustainability Strategy practice, supporting some of the world’s largest organisations to drive impact through sustainability. She now leads Accenture Strategy’s UKI work around the circular economy, and is deeply passionate about the catalytic power circular poses to broader sustainability. Lucy has been involved in Accenture’s Inclusion & Diversity agenda for many years, in particular spearheading initiatives around Unconscious Bias, and mentoring other ‘women in sustainability’ at the firm.
