By focusing on policies and procedures, talent acquisition, HR, and people strategy, Marvyn is able to effect real change and deliver meaningful results. In addition to his impactful work, Marvyn is a regular contributor to Good Morning Britain, Steph’s Packed Lunch, The Kick Off, and BBC5 Live, lending his expertise to important discussions on a range of issues.
