Christine is an Executive Fellow with London Business School’s Leadership Institute, who contributes to the Institute's efforts on researching on the impact of board dynamics on board processes to contribute to more effective decisions in the boardroom. She contributed to the Institute's efforts for the FRC, researching the impact of board dynamics on board processes to facilitate more effective decisions in the boardroom. She also lectures on the LBS "Introduction to Corporate Governance and Board Effectiveness" elective to focus on organizational sustainability.​

She has just completed her PhD at Cranfield University to explore how organizational practices foster experiences of inclusion. ​

Until 2018 Christine chaired UK Board Services, Harvey Nash Executive Search delivering board appointments and evaluations to help boards evolve. For five years Christine also led the Harvey Nash Annual Board Report, in partnership with London Business School’s Leadership Institute, to research how Boards are changing. ​

She started her career in retailing at John Lewis Partnership and progressed through a broad range of blue chip retail organisations at board level including as Managing Director for a leading Italian fashion brand. She then joined PA Consulting and subsequently moved to Harvey Nash. ​

Christine is also a Career Transition Coach helping executives develop purpose, fulfilment and success through their career course, using cognitive training techniques to enhance resilience and performance.
