Spandana is the Founder of ZoEasy, a social enterprise committed to connecting migrant blue-collar job seekers with ethical employment opportunities by combining technology with impactful partnerships including Governments, Skill Development Programs, NGOs etc. Her efforts have been recognized and funded by notable organizations, including Credit Suisse, UN Lead2030, and Expo 2020 Dubai, as well as being featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 and receiving the Enterprise for Peace Scholarship. 

Professionally, Spandana has extended her impact through strategic collaborations with One Young World, World Economic Forum Global Shapers, and the UN SDSN, among others. Her commitment to social change extends beyond her enterprise, evident in her leadership role and the education and employment-based initiatives she has implemented within the WEF Global Shapers Dubai Hub. Finally, Spandana is pursuing an MBA at London Business School with a full scholarship from the SARI Foundation Trust, and interned at the Boston Consulting Group in Dubai, focusing on leadership development and public-sector projects.
