Athina is an international executive coach who specialises in re-hardwiring mental and behavioural patterns and accelerating the critical transitions of individuals, teams and organisations. She has been effecting and facilitating change for a number of different companies ranging from FTSE 100 companies, public sector organisations and large family businesses. She has worked extensively in the EMEA and GCC regions and has a rapidly growing portfolio in Asia and the Americas.
 
Athina trained as a Clinical Psychologist at the Artistotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and then specialised in Business Psychology through a postgraduate degree in Occupational Psychology / Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck College, University of London. Athina also successfully completed an Executive MBA at London Business School in 2007. She is also the founder of the Y-Executives Academy for mid-tier professionals in the City and family business cross-generational leadership alignment.
